So..how many are driving with us so far?! 4-5 cars? Is the 350zed driving..that would be fun...Ill be breaking in my car during the drive across...

My car is currently being shipped out by Specialty Mobile Systems. I contacted them and they picked my car up same day. My car will be in LA in less than a week.

Looks like I will be driving too. Don't trust the transport companies and need every minute up to the 20th to get my new engine broke in and checked.
Not sure when I would be leaving, but I hope to get there with a couple of days to spare to rest up, get the fluids changed, check the car out and make some money on the Blackjack tables.

Dude, what happened?

I hope its nothing too serious. It is statements like that which frighten the hell out of me transporting my car... .. I would rather take the extra 4 days and drive her there myself..

My car was supposed to get here a week ago. I just got it today and have been fighting with them since it was supposed to be here. There was tumble weed in my car, alky controller was hanging off dash, a huge scuff mark on the driver's side, etc.

Dude, sorry to hear that... You think they might have taken it for a joy ride..?
That was my initial thought with mine, but in the end I think they just dropped it off the truck or did not load it correctly.

Good luck man.. i know when I got mine I wanted to the guy...

That sucks... Look on the bright side -- I once transported my car from California to Oregon. The semi overturned and my car and 3 others destroyed on the I-5. All I was left with was a charcoaled car and the truck driver and the transportation company had no insurance.
So, it was a legal nightmare to get reimbursement for my car.

i ran around for weeks like this:
