hey all, new member here...

Had a question...
whos driving from the tri-state area to vegas? What day are you planning on leaving? We;re planning on drivng and thinking about spending maybe an extra night in Vegas...anyone thinking about doing that? just seeing whats going on.

actually we're driving out from northern jersey. but we're actually making a trip out of it which we've wanted to do since college.

then we're headed to los angeles to stay with a friend before heading to the rally in vegas.

we're going route 80 straight to northern california (stops along the way) and down pacific coast highway 1.

Same here, kinda. Headin out to Vegas a good 2 weeks before the rally, we'll be there if anyone wants to come early n hang out or is gettin a car delivered and needs someone to pick it up.

One question for those driving to vegas are you going to get your car "tuned up/ fluids changed" again(assuming it was done before heading to vegas) when in vegas?

Just trying to add the cost to see if it's cheaper to ship a car or drive to the start and get it serviced before

will be doing a quick oil change once i'm in los angeles at my friends. other then that, doing my pre-rally check at home before the drive to the other coast.

I would advise any and everyone to change all fluids before the start of the rally. Dont forget brake pads either.

Sucks that I am only at 400awhp with the stock size MAF housing. With a big maf I would be over 460awhp.

Who needs a stinking co-driver.... i just figure I will be the guy with limping because my left right ankle is all bent out of shape and hopping around like a madman because I will be drinking ‘Rock Star’ or ‘Red Bull’ or something to stay awake..

Oh, I am the guy with the 350zr, and if I get this new engine installed beginning of June and broke in .... could make for an interesting trip...
