What's up er'body?

My name is Larry.. everyone calls me Stu Gotti.. I am a resident of Maryland.. originally from Annapolis & Pasadena, now residing in Southern Maryland, about 15 mins from MIR. I drive a mildly modified Scion tC, and plan to continue modding it until I cant no more.. which we all know is impossible. I am a Mid-Atlantic Moderator for ScionLife, a Scion Enthusiasts forum. I'm almost 24, single, Italian, always lookin to meet new folks and learn new things. Most people would concider me the clown and prankster of the bunch.

Enough of me, I was sitting at my place last night and came across the MTV special with the AKA Rally event.. this morning, after making my rounds on ScionLife, I noticed a thread about this site, and the actual events based around it.. I was compelled to check it out, and figured why not have another forum to spend my days bullshize'in on

Anyway.. If there are some local folks that live in Maryland, I would love to meet some of you.

I actually just moved to Southern Maryland recently.. I used to live at Regatta Bay Luxary Apt's near the mall. Thanks for the warm invites all around

As for coming along for the 06' AKA Rally.. Ehh.. I really wanna get boosted up first.. seeing as how most of you guys are already on that level.. I have some catchin up to do :P I plan on making the next one.. hopefully one leaving from DC or somewhere around here.. and then back. The videos that you guys shot were great... anyway.. if you all ever get together, let me know.. I usually have a bunch of Scion GTG's in and around the Annapolis/DC/NOVA area. I'd def be interested in meeting up with some of you guys.. checkin out the rides!

Eh, Pete drove his TC last year and from what I saw had no trouble keeping up.

w0rd.. I figured that the tC could hold its own.. but after seeing some of the vids you guys shot.. especially the M3 and NSX, etc.. I need boost.. LOL... besides.. if any of you guys get on it.. best believe I'm right behind you, or already passing you..

A scion won't stand a chance of being right behind Mike or John. I don't know of any that would be able to keep up with me.
They are capable of keeping up when we get into the triple digets, but at WOT fall back very quickly.

LOL.. Yeah, probally not them.. but the tC is capiable of some sick numbers.. most of the videos I've seen with tC's-vs-STi's have been resulting on the tC pulling hard on it.. the STi's aren't the only ones getting upsetted either.. other cars have been impressed with our capibilities.

let's face it. any rwd or fwd with a nice set-up will easily pull a moderately modded evo or sti. but it takes work.

anything close to stock isn't gonna cut it.

came from the honda world so i know what it takes to make a fwd fast on the street. not so easy unless you own an srt4.

Yeah, I've seen some sick ass cars round here.. one dude in Fredricksburg, VA has a 600whp Evo.. IEP Tuning has that one R32.. pretty sick stuff. I know my car isn't the "best" platform to start out on.. but I think this car is pretty cool. Everyone has their thing.. this happens to be mine.. I wont stop til I hit the 400-500whp range.

i don't think it's a question of actually obtaining 400-500whp on any fwd car. it's been done and proven for many, many years now.

the problem with a fwd platform with that type of power is making it useable on the street.

can't tell you how many countless fwd imports i've seen with nothing but the best stuff in the engine bay but they just aren't functional on the street.

but if you do it right, it can work.

what bank are you going to rob to accomplish this? Because it's going to cost a lot more than I believe you think it is.

Why even bother making a scion with that much power! At one point my goal was to get my volvo to have 300hp but after calculating the cost I should just sell it for an STi

Dude, besides the ACR and LeMans (don't remember exactly what model, most rare viper, white w/blue stripes) the rt/10 is the best looking Viper. I have been in love with it since it was a concept vehicle waay back in the day.
