Alright guys....there are a few of you in particular that this is aimed towards...Durka...Arader...etc....

I need good mounts for vehicles. Are they camera specific? Adapters needed? I need knowledge basically for a b-day gift for "the wing" that his lady is looking for and Im just helping. He can't see this so, it's all good. Right Alicia?

Basically suction and cage mounts...if there are other useful ones...bring it on.

Any mid of the range good camera suggestions? Not looking for still but more video.

BTW, your florida trip messed up my calendar. I thought that was the weekend the Function Tuned meet was. I thought maybe it got cancelled. I know, I should have checked the thread.

got ya. Yeah, My fiance lives right off Monument. I saw a bunch of cars on the way back to philly as well. I'm assuming a lot were coming from the meet.

cant go wrong with the go pro, thats what i used on the rally
they're going for 140 on ebay- and now come with macro lenses for better video

The go Pro is nice, however the lack of HD and the sound quality are definitely cons against. I think there is some cheapo SD card HD cams available for like $119 now. I think I may pickup a few. Robbie did you decide on a mount?
