Other than today, it's been so nice out up here, like 34 and sunny! I can't imagine the weather is shit down there?

I'll be in during the summer when you and Chris and PT will want to boot me out for being the uninvited house guest.....

It's too cold to stand around in the parking lot. But we could certainly meet up in a restaurant somewhere and get to know each other.
