Default ticket...

Well I woke up late on saturday for my buddies baby shower. So I make up for it by haulin a$$ to the party. I live about 75 miles away and was on the highway. I also hit the govenor 5 times. While the fiancee is on cop lookout. We come crusin at about 110 around a turn and I see a boy in blue in the medan. I downshift to 5th and jump on the brakes... hard. The V1 goes nuts. I knew that I was caught. So I pull onto the side of the road just as he is pulling out. Cop nailed me at 85mph and wrote me up for 80 in a 70. This is the first ticket of the year, guess I should celebrate or somthing.

Too bad that we didn't get bigger rear brakes.

Eh, that is one perspective

I look at it like our rear brakes are bigger than most car's front brakes. Shit, it only takes us two more feet to stop from 60 than a 911 gt2.

Not that I'd mind even bigger brakes.

My cop story from 2 days ago:

I get out of work at 11:45, and head to my buddies house. I'm doin a good 85 in my grandfathers beat ass old exploder while everyone is doing 50 (its a 65 mph highway) because it had just started snowing. So I'm passing everyone and I notice a cop in the slow lane and I'm in the fast lane. I slow to about 60 and switch into the middle lane, and he is doin 50, so I pass him and keep it at 65 and stay in the middle. I get about 5 car lengths on him and he flips on the lights, so I pull over. He comes up and says
"do you know why I pulled you over?" "No" "Failure to stay right" So I hand him my papers and a PBA card and he goes back to his car. He comes back a few minutes later and notices my inspection sticker (half torn off and from last June lol) so i explain it's my grandfathers car and he must've forgotten. Then he asks me to step out. Great! I get out and walk to the back of my car, he says
"Whens the last time someone smoked marijuana in this car"
"I have no idea officer"
proceeds to search my pockets and says "I'm not issuing you any tickets, that being said would you mind if I searched your car"
"If you really want to"
"You can refuse, its ok, its all on video"
"Officer, if I refuse, it would create suspicion (sp?) and I would just have to put up with more shit as you wait for a warrant to search my car anyway, so whatever, if you want to, go ahead"
he tears into my car, finds nothing but returns with the cigg. lighter smelling it.
"Has this ever been used to light marijuana?"
"not to my knowledge"
he puts it back, walks away pissed and says "your paperwork is on the seat drive safe"

First time I've ever been searched for no real reason.

that sucked. Hate when they do that. Used to happened to me all the time with my old car, but knock on wood haven't got searched. He could have giving you a ticket for driving to fast under road conditions. Had that given to me once.

I would've told him to suck my balls, it wasn't bad out at all! It literally had JUST started snowing, flurries too, and I'm in a 4wd vehicle.

Watch those searches... I always get "Randomly" searched.. about once ever 2 months when i'm in my big truck.. It's because of where i work.. But I get the whole 9 yards, K9 searches and all.. I started just keeping dirty cloths in the truck just to annoy them.. It was funny as poo to see them picking up a pair of dirty underwear that were laying on the back seat floor.. Ok.. I was doing laundry that week and didn't have time to drive home.. but it was still funny as crap... They tried to give me a $175 ticket for having my laptop mounted in plan view of the driver... I talked them out of it... it's never open and I just use it for music and navigation... now everyone knows I use it to watch movies and the latest music videos.. YEAH!!!

But I've gotten off on every search i've undergone... even when i had my swords in the back... Christmas present from a friend. I think the police just like to bother me.. but then again.. I like to bother them too... so i think it's about even...

Why is it when that cops call for backup when you get pulled over for stupid stuff.. running a red light, but when your speeding doing like 110 in a 50 it's just one guy and maybe his partner. and who makes those lines "where's the fire bub???" "Do you know why i stopped you??"

yeah i actualy used the second line once, the cop just laughed and let me go, this is after i raced him inadvertently on the highway, it was dark, and i was tired. The funny thing is that in the end the guy said he pulled me for swerving, he never mentioned the fact that i was doing 90+ in a 55.

Walked away scot free.
