Default Spotted: Officer Jeff Lucas.....
Saw my good buddy Jeff this morning on 95 South. Definitely did a triple take(yes, that is one more than a double take) Totally did not expect him to be sitting in the drivers seat of an unmarked police cruiser. Sitting in the back.......yea, that would make more sense.

I saw PT jumping 2 feet over to the passenger seat of the 250 at the Street Rd redlight!
