That is kind of ironic, as I have rented cars 3 times here in Aus, and NZ. Never saw any cops on the road, thought everyone was driving like punks.. So I simply drove as fast as I thought resonable in a rental car.
Aparently I have 3 or more tickets from the Aus and NZ governments for speeding and since I was only on highways.. I can only think they must have them wired up pretty good.

Me, Ian, and Mike did that in Germany. We were cruising the A5 as if the whole thing was derestricted (it wasnt). It wasn't until it finally got dark that we started to notice the orange flashes, and it wasn't until it happened like 3 times that we finally figured out what it was!
I hope we do not get more of them here. They were all over when I went to the UK last fall. Then I think I got tagged by one in Germany a few months ago, I still haven't got a notice yet, but I heard it takes a few months.
Time to get the plate switcher they used in the Transporter movies.
Extremely common in AZ. The worst part is the V1 hardly detects it early enough for you to slow down.
I have a GPS Speed/Red Camera Detector by Speed Cheetah who was the company that provided the wireless install kicks for the Laser Stars you got last year.
The city of Minneapolis tried it, and it ended up being a huge FAIL. They used one for a people who ran red lights. After 2 years of use, they ruled that it was illegal. Now they have to refund back $2.5 million in paid fines.
