Already sick of the GTR and want to join the suede headliner crew with a real (see: German) car eh?
I have my sources!

You're crazy if you think the black is better than the white. Black cars are so 5 minutes ago

You have to admit, the R8 is DAMN sexy.... I might even be inclined to go the TDI route...
That car looks SWEET driving down the road, you can spot it easily mixed in with 'normal' traffic. Damn shame it has to be so freaking slow though

LMAO, I have not see that pic in a while.
Yes I did look at the car and do see that is is basicly the GTO. No way I would buy one of those, but let me tell you, that R8 is looking better and better at this point.
Just had the GT-R serviced and the bill is INSANE... I now know why they call it a Japanese supercar, cause its gonna have the maintenance costs to match.. Screw this.

997 GT3 ftw
Well the transmission fluid alone just cost me over $1,000.... And that needs to be changed every 1,800 miles with 'performance driving'....
I mean really does that stuff have gold or titanium impregnated into it or something... WTF. That shit is over $100 a liter...
The standard oil change was almost $300, and I have not gotten the total for the dif, but the total bill is almot $2,000 for a 6,000 mile service.....
That is HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
I don't think the R8 is that much. I will definitely be checking on it.
There is an big Audi thing (Corporate office is located next to mine) going on next to my office... I thnk I saw an RS5 on stage so I am gonna go over and check that out this afternoon.

Here is a quick link to the Audi event next door to my office.
http://www.fairfaxtimes.com/news/200...ening-herndon/
Turns out that is the US corporate headquarters and the Governor of Virginia is here for the Grand Opening.
I am going to try to find the money to pay for this GT-R service around lunch and hopefully return in time to check this out in the afternoon.
