Default I really suck at not getting pulled over.. Help?

ok so I just got my license back less then a week ago. Got nabber yesterday for doing 135 in a 50. The trooper "gave me a deal" of 95 in a 50..Still a $530 fine and 5 points.

If convicted my license will be suspended for another year.

Here's my thought, I have a few friends that go to school in wv, jersey and PA. Im going to try and get a license in one of these states before my MD one is suspended.

Does anyone have any idea if one of these states DONT transfer my points from MD? Insurance sucks.

Try WV, I don't think that Jersey & PA are all that friendly. I don't know that they WOULD transfer your points, but the whole infrastructure and system in WV is so far behind I would be suprised if they did transfer points. And WTH, even if they DID transfer points you would still have a DL for that state just with a few points. Ohio allows you to get 11 points, on your license before it's suspended. I know because I had that many a few years back. Although from mine & my wifes experience getting a DL in WV is/can be somewhat difficult. In Ohio you'd simply have to have 2 forms of ID (Old DL, & Birth Certificate, or Old DL & SS card) and if they person is being difficult a bill at your "new address" in your name. That could easily be photoshopped though.

LOL @ Picard!

The only things I can suggest are an attorney, a V1, and a PA license, which does not transfer any points in.

S4's are quick but not fast. They were good up to 100 but maxed out at 142 and the last 20-30 mph weren't exactly the easiest to attain.

wont be hard, but if you get in a bad accident and injure someone else- your insurance will find anyway they can- not to pay for it, and once they've found out your little mail scheme, you'll most likely go to jail

From what I remember PA doesn't transfer points.

Can I "move in" with someone from PA?

Mine did more than 140 and didn't mind staying there for a little while.
