Default Piston Heads Breakfast Run

Not sure if you guys are too familiar with www.pistonheads.com but its a pretty big forum based here in the UK and we have a few Americans on there too.

We had a meet in our local area which consisted of a drive (mainly flat out!!) across the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and arrived at Malton, South Yorks.

Well Sunday morning was an early start for myself. The trip over to Specialist Cars of Malton was about 2 hours.

This was a Piston Heads organised event with a couple of Porsche clubs also in attendance. Around 300 people passed through the meeting to sample the delights of the finest cars around and to take advantage of the free breakfast and coffee (which was very good!).

Everyone was really welcoming and the overall atmosphere was excellent. As some cars left others turned up so I didn't get chance to picture everything that was there. I will definatley return to the event again.

Here are some photos. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/exot...%20Run/?start=0

This one arrived when I left.. typical!

What I drove up in Lancia Delta Intergrale Evo 2.. only 150 in that model.

Spotted on way home

Sick... American cars always look so out of place ... yet oddly appealing over in Europe. I guess its the same affect a rare english or german car has over here.

Cheers Josh. I got mental if I see something like that over here. I love the american metal, yet you see lots of them, just Like i see lots of Euro boxes in the states and don't bat an eyelid.. although the american take on the euro scene is fantastic. Influences me alot, I now have running lights on my mk2

I'm such a TVR whore it's ridiculous. I keep thinking about buying an old 2800S and LS1 swapping it.
