Default How to install an Evolve CAI Box into a Volvo S60r and relocate aquamist..

Just thought I'd post this in here

So yeah.

I had to clean my room, and this AMS has been sitting here for quite some time. Too lazy to relocate my Aquamist, and crap. I've been lazy. Well its installed.

Relocated IPD TCV, and Aquamist.

The TCV was just routed and zip tied down the big wire harness that runs along the lower radiator hose. The Aquamist was drilled into the bracket that is bolted to the transmission (13mm bolts) and supports the Evolve AMS/Factory intake box.

Factory Crap...

Removal of a few screws....

What the MAF bolts onto.

IPD TCV Routed down the harness w/ Zip ties

Aquamist boost sensor tucked under fuse box...

Aquamist bolted to bracket...Boost sensor toward top of pic.

Another shot of aquamist pump.

Test fitting box...

Aquamist pump is not hitting box, since the holes line up.

Installed with filter and factory snorkel.
