So let me get this straight so i understand... If we come up to NYC on the 11th and stay overnight we have to find our own hotel room for that night only? and if we dont get a hotel room we will be sleeping in our cars or whatever.

I assume this will be like other events and we will all leave from one Garage or area, now if this is true are we going to be aloud to park in the same area as everyone else if we do not have a hotel room?

Im just sweating the details trying to figure stuff out..

Yes we will have all of the cars in the same location for depature on saturday. if you are not going to be staying over friday night PLEASE get there EARLY on saturday because it will be very hectic and we need to leave by 9:00 am

Is this where we will be taking off from? I've reserved a suite, but if we're not leaving from the Doubletree, than I'd rather stay at a different hotel.

I just rsvped a room for the 11th and they quoted me at 199 which is great.. the rep also said that parking is 38.00 for vallet i assume that what everone on the rally will be doing. This might be a stupid question but will we be able to walk around the garage and look at all the cars before hand? Just so we can take pictures and get to see the drivers?

We will not be taking off from the Doubletree or its Garage! The final starting point will be announced closer to the date of the rally. We will be organizing a caravan for the short ride form the Doubletree to the starting point, but it is recommended that those not staying overnight in NYC just meet us directly at the starting point, so as to avoid unnecessary Manhattan congestion!
