When I read the title if this thread the first thing that entered my mind was this guy...

I do have to say that he seems to be doing it with little effort. You can tell that he knows what he is doing.
That looks like a blast! I'd love to try it.

I love to longboard skateboard I got pulled over in my college town by the police for doing something similar though it was just a straight down hill. Cop said I was doing a 40mph and he was more worried about my safety as I was approaching a stop sign.

The cop was cool after just telling me I was a complete idiot.

It's definitely a fun thing to do but I hate skating on roads with general public in cars cause you will more than likely to be road kill

Earlier in the summer I came witnin an inch of a car that stopped in the intersection I was going approaching. If the guy would of continued on I would have been fine but that is scary shit and toned down my riding for now
-----------------------------------------------
Search 'Landyachtz' on youtube for more video's they are a company out of BC, canada that makes the best longboard for bombing hills. I consider my Landyatchz board the porche of the three I own. If I ever purcharse the Carbon fiber deck they make I'll have gt3 porsche

Sweet! Reminds me of street luging down Kanan to PCH! The stand-up guys are pretty crazy. At least on a street luge youre on your back and have a bit more stability.

That is wild. I have gone down quite steep hills on my board, but nothing that long, or open/no traffic.
