For anyone coming from the Florida area. Amtrak has the Auto train that will put you out in Virginia, about 150 miles from Philadelphia. I am putting my car on with a sleeper cabin for about $600.00

good luck finding a codriver. i am sure you won't have any problems finding a willing soul. BTW $600 for autotrain? that sounds high, i got the same trip for home from the rally and only paid $400. Maybe you got the bigger sleeper, i cheaped out and to the smallest sleeper. IMHO for $400 you can't beat it it would prolly cost me about $200 just in gas + $100 food + time + miles on the car.

What are the stops on the autotrain as it goes up the east coast?
