I am selling my project car so I can move on and hopefully get a house. I have been working on this since Sept 2007. I bought a clean rolling shell from Arizona that was rust free. Which is super rare for a 78 Cooper! In the mean time, I have compleatly undercoated the under side, repainted it, inside/out. I fitted a Minitec MTB2 front subframe kit and installed a JDM B18C GSR engine and trans with a LSD. The front end now has a double wishbone with all pillowball joints. The rear subframe has all been gone through and installed all new polly bushings. All the plumbing and wiring has been replaced.
I have not spared any expense with this car. I have receipts for over $23k in parts, and that does not include buying the shell, and the labor. It has a clear and proper MN title. I had no problem with getting it registered and insured.
