Default Electrical Wiring Question 05 xB

The laws are at work here for sure! I paid of my xB early and now I have problems. The check cleared on a Friday and that very next Saturday morning my AC went out. I think it could be the switch though which is why I need some help. I was reinstalling my stereo and the AC hasn't worked since. No problems, at all, up to that point. There are 3 wires to the push button AC switch. I would think 1 hot, 1 ground, 1 for the little green light that shows the AC is on. Which 2 wires are +- so I can jump them to see if the AC compressor comes on and blows cold, obviously indicating the switch is bad. If it still doesn't come on then I guess it goes deeper than that and will take it to get it fixed but I just have to believe I did something since I had it all pulled out for the stereo and the on/off push button will be my first place to start!

Thanks in advance for any help!
