I am not down on giving online legal help but here is some general info.
Unless it's on the books of certain municipalities, an officer cannot write a ticket for a violation of another forum (even though they will). A Judge/Magistrate will not uphold it.

Some of you have seen/heard my STi. I had no fear in Southern California when I lived there for half a year with a Michigan plate. Never got pulled either.

i got pulled over all the time in my sti for 3 years in LA


PA tags, had to fight it in court to prove i didnt have residency, you gotta become a resident after 30 days of being in CA
