I still don't understand how everyone can be comfortable cruising around on something with no windows, having no idea where the hell you are beyond what your instruments tell you. Talk about some skill (and faith in your men).

The navy is a truly amazing operation though. A couple years ago we boarded a navy destroyer (my father was friends with the captain of the ship). Just an amazing operation, and the rank and respect is unbelievable.
