WTF. You are not having good luck. Have you visually inspected the drivetrain?

No, it is snowy out here and nowhere to look at it. It will only be driven about 10 miles this week, next week 0 (I will be out of town), then it is goin to have all those parts installed and I can get under it then. Jeremy on the other site said that I might have just unpluged the DCCD. I am not real happy.

Even with DCCD 'unplugged'.... it should pass some power to the front wheels. Shouldn't it? Last night both my exhaust and my intake broke free of their mounts. Probably from those AWD donuts.

If I break somthing it will be incentive to replace it with a performance part. Oh, and I am buying a pos for next winter. So the STi will never see the white stuff again.

You can't tell me with conviction that you won't want to take the STi out when it snows ;)

isn't that kinda the point of having an sti, to play in the snow.

Yeah, but not when there is a $1500 fmic and $1100 cat back on it. Plus all the other parts.

Well, the point is the have the absolute best price/performance ratio in a new car. Brakes on par with a gt2. Handling on par with an m3. 4 doors on par with a... well, you get the idea. The fact that it has an incredible AWD system is an added bonus.

Speaking of expensive cat-backs... my tanabe has a HUGE dent. I should take a photo.
