The US marshall that shot a marine in plain clothes 9 times in a public parking lot with 40 witnesses here in MD. They had gotten into a fight after a fender bender. When the marine decided to leave the marshall pulled out his gun and told told him not to and that he was a cop. When the marine asked for credentials the marshall said,"this is all the credential you need". The marine walked away and the cop shot hi. The marine got into his car, bleeding and the marshall shot him 8 more times!
