Side view of this car just doesn't do it for me. I know the older models did have sort of a economy look to them, but the side view of this one just looks like a neon

No, it's a new generation 2L I4. Thank god. But again, it's a Mitsu, so I'm sure it'll break all the time and be a pain in the ass to work on as it's FWD based, unlike Subaru (my one admission to them knowing what they are doing). ;)

From the side and rear it looks more like a Mazda 3 than a Neon. Either way, it's ugly. I'm not all that crazy about the new front end on the Subura Sti's either.

I like it, alot. But I think that EVO aftermarket is going to be very slow for at least a few years with the new powerplant.

I have to throw in two cents for the MITSU guys here. I dont really consider myself a Mitsubishi fan but I have an EVO9RS and I love it.. One of the best cars I have ever owned. I'm sad to see them destroy the evo like they did.
