So new, it doesn't even have a website. The best bit? It was a public works project for it's local government. Full FIA approval and has hosted 1 race so far (FIA GT). Would LOVE to see F1 there. It used to be public roads and hosted one street race in '87, lots of fatalities..... then it was never raced on again and reverted to public roads until this project in late 2007 started. SOOOO Cool!
