After interviewing with a company, it looks like I may be starting work soon doing wholesale mortgage distribution for Creve Cor mortgage. Their specialty is Alt-A and Sub-prime non-conforming loans. My job would be to sell bulk loans to mortgage brokers. My territory.... CALIFORNIA.

As much as I hate Los Angelos, for $75K a year. I can put up with it's bullshit. Best part is that I would only be in Cali for 2 weeks a month. So I would get to stay in STL and live in Cali on an expense account! Not sure where I'll be at in Cali, but me and El Segundo will be kickin it on a regular basis if I'm in SoCal!

Yeah. That is the case. Values are sick out there. But unfortunately our loans cap-off at $625K. Which would unfortunately leave us out of most of the bay area, hollywood and suburban/coastal san diego.

Also. I recieve a base salary. $75k is just what I hear from the guys around the office what you'll make your first year. So, it actually could be alot more in a few years.
