Pretty crazy 911 call. The shooter is obviously not facing charges.

Crazy, lucky they are not getting charged. Most of the time people wll say that you should realize the guy is drunk and just let him be a jackass and get out of his way. I say fuck that, he comes in my house uninvited he's gonna get shot.
Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but more and more shooting and killing news is being published to push gun control.... times to start buying as many guns as you can get! ha ha

Glad to see he is not being charged but that does not mean it is over yet; the family of the drunk will most likely sue him, and at best that is going to cost him tens of thousands of dollars in lawyers just trying to defend himself. Complete bullshit, but that's what this country has come to :(

He was banging on their door and eventually broke though it. The guy was warning him to leave and told him he had a gun.
The family will sue for a wrongful death/murder charges. This guy will win but spend $$$$$ in lawyers to defend him.

It's a sad, sad world when people are scared to defend themselves, especially inside their own homes, against violent intruders/attackers.
If I am scared for my well-being, or the well-being of family/friends inside my house, I certainly won't hesitate.

Good flick. That came on TV last night at 10, but Durka was already passing out.

wow that sucks. I agree about the other family suing and it's really a shame that noone takes responsibility. I mean that in the sense that the sister knew he had a history and probably knew he was going to have an issue that night. Then his friend goes out and gets him drunk and "randomly drops him off".
Now some Innocent old couple is thrown into this mix and are going to face the consequences that will probably affect them for the rest of their lives.

I hope if the family does sue the judge orders them to pay for all of the couples laywers fees. That is total bullshit.
He did the right thing 100%.
