True she is not blameless, BUT wtf the cop didnt use his head either they dan lady coud of had a pacemaker or something he could of done what most cops do and try to slam ya on the ground and crush your head into the pavement because they think they are bad asses. I wish you could knock a cop out nowadays only because they abuse there power.
