my car luck continues. Second time in as many months that a friend has sent my M5 into the body shop.

I was parked, he took the turn into the parking spot a tad too wide.

sitting engineless at my tuner's shop. ::shrug:: farking nightmare.

and the escalade that was stolen/stripped last March (yes, coming up on one year), is still not fixed. I was at my lawyers office, talking to him about suing progressive, when this happened. Car gods have it in for me.

You ever think about riding a bicycle? Huffy is like the M5 of the bicycle world!

I know you would like to sue Progressive but wouldnt your homeowners insurance policy cover the items in your car?

I have also had MAJOR problems with Progressive. I was hit last year by a man who had progressive. My Trailblazer went into the shop November 4, 2005 and wasn't released until April 3, 2006. The repair bill was a little over
13K and it was only worth about 12K. Amazingly they chose to repair it. I currently have a pending lawsuit with them that they have been dragging out for almost a year now. Several offers have been made but nothing that even comes close to my medical bills. If you do sue them, GOOD LUCK!!!
