Would you be able to pass the written DMV test if you took it right now?
Take the test. Post your score. Be honest.

got a 90%. Two questions are either wrong or misleading.
Technicaly you should never pass on the right, unless a lane has specificly been provided for you. That is the whole freaking point of all the damn signs that read "Drive on the RIGHT, PASS on the LEFT"... That question is wrong. I know for a fact, a # of states have laws against right lane passing, especialy on multi-lane highways.
As for the bad weather question, if it's cloudy or raining, you turn your headlights on. If its BAD WEATHER like a freaking blizzard, or heavy fog, or raining so hard your visibility is down to 50 feet, you turn your stinking hazards on...
I hate DMV tests, they are soo freaking misleading.

You may pass on the right of another vehicle when:
That question is incorrect. In both NY and CO where I've recently lived it is ILLEGAL to pass on the right.

The passing on the righ should have the option: when there is a dumbass going slow in the left lane.
