saw this in the paper today:
Resisting arrest: A Hyattsville, Md., man was arrested by state police shortly after 8 p.m. Friday after his vehicle was clocked traveling at 125 miles per hour on Interstate 79. After a field sobriety test was conducted, Victor Moshe Ross was advised he was under arrest for driving under the influence and was ordered to turn around and place his hands behind his back. Police said Ross refused and he was taken into custody. He was arraigned before District Judge Louis Dayich and placed in the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 straight cash bond.
