I don't know man. I agree and trust that you know what you're talking about, however the fact remains I just searched through Lowes.com, HomeDepot.com, and AceHardware for Xylene, Xylol, and all their Paint Strippers for any that contain Xylene and couldn't find any.

Of course it's not the few strippers I could find listed all their key ingredients, however I'd be hesitant to use a chemical stripper in my tank.
